Abstract

绿色施工技术作为建筑业高质量发展的重要支撑，致力于通过各类节能环保技术的集成应用，实现建筑全生命周期的可持续发展目标。本文以某华东地区甲级智能化办公建筑为例，从施工技术角度深入探讨了外窗系统优化、智能楼宇控制及保温施工等方面的绿色技术应用，可为建筑工程绿色施工提供技术参考，提升绿色建筑实施的科学性，进一步推动建筑工程绿色化发展。
