设备润滑系统污染控制
对设备润滑系统而言,污染无处不在,无时不在,因此,彻底消除污染是不可能的,人们能够做到的只能是尽可能避免污染,并采取控制措施以降低或减少污染。降低和减少污染不仅可以延长设备的使用寿命,也可以延长油液的更换周期,减少新油的用量;既给企业带来客观的经济效益,还可以减少因油液再生和废油排放对环境和生态带来的负面影响[1]。润滑系统污染是以润滑油液的污染形式反应出来的,因此,通过对润滑油液的污染分析,可以诊断和判定设备润滑系统的污染原因和程度,进而采取措施,控制和预防润滑系统的污染。
