Abstract

通过背书转移银行承兑汇票的票据权利是公司等经营活动主体通常使用的方法，对于背书问题的研究对于接受票据的人有助于识别背书的连续是否合法从而决定是否接受这样的票据，对于希望通过背书流转票据的人有助于采用正确的方法来实现票据权利的转移。本文通过对背书问题的研究，阐明背书合法有效的条件，以及特殊情况下相关问题的处理。
