从“耗竭”到“复原”：社会工作督导的心理支持功能与机制
社工在高情感投入服务中易职业耗竭，表现为情感枯竭、去个性化和成就感降低。本研究基于职业耗竭与心理复原理论，用质性研究法探讨督导的相关功能与机制。研究发现，督导借情感支持等四大功能，构建“情感管理-认知调整-资源整合-意义重塑”动态支持机制，其不仅是技术指导者，更是社工心理健康守护者。建议从督导能力建设等三方面完善心理支持路径。
