智慧养老服务体系建设中政府购买服务的供需匹配问题及优化路径研究

Abstract

本文聚焦智慧养老服务体系建设中政府购买服务的供需匹配问题，通过构建供需匹配度评价模型，结合我国31个省份智慧养老服务数据，运用熵权-TOPSIS法测算供需匹配水平。研究发现，当前存在服务供给与老年人需求错位、供给结构失衡、评估机制缺失等问题，供需匹配度平均仅为0.42。基于此，从需求精准识别、供给结构优化、监管机制完善三方面提出优化路径，为提升智慧养老服务效能提供参考。
