计及电网形态演变的新能源场站群共享储能长期规划策略

Abstract

【目的】针对新能源场站配套储能规划中存在的单一时间尺度局限性问题,本文提出了一种创新的集中式共享混合储能长期多阶段规划策略。主要解决了现有研究忽视多类型储能时间尺度互补特性,以及新能源装机容量、负荷增长对储能规划影响的关键问题。【方法】基于集中式共享储能建设时序及长期运营模式的深入分析,研究团队构建了具有时序递进特征的长期多阶段规划模型。该模型通过动态优化机制,实现了储能系统在不同发展阶段与电源、负荷的协同演进,显著提升了规划方案的适应性。【结果】研究成果通过实际算例验证,显示出显著的可行性与竞争优势。与传统静态规划方法相比,多阶段规划能够根据市场需求变化和技术进步动态调整储能容量配置,有效解决了提前规划导致的容量衰减问题。研究表明,该策略通过全生命周期的动态优化配置,不仅提高了储能资产利用率,更增强了系统运行的可持续性和稳定性。【结论】本研究为新型电力系统建设提供了一种科学有效的储能规划方法,具有重要的理论价值和实践指导意义。
