Abstract

记笔记作为学生普遍采用的学习方法，是认知策略教学的核心环节。相关研究已系统揭示了笔记学习法的多重功能、实践策略与影响因素：笔记不仅具有贮藏与编码的双重功能，其生成理论更进一步阐释了它在整合新旧知识与建构意义中的积极作用。在此基础上，多种高效的笔记策略被提出，同时研究者们也深入分析了个体因素与教学环境对笔记效果的关键影响。因此，从元认知辅导与教学优化两方面着手，通过策略训练与教学设计相结合的系统路径，可有效提升学生的笔记能力与整体学习成效。
