生物发酵鼠李糖脂的应用研究进展
鼠李糖脂是一类由微生物发酵产生的绿色表面活性剂,具有优异的乳化、增溶、抑菌、生物活性及金属螯合性能。文章系统综述鼠李糖脂与生物酶及微生物协同增效、皮肤修复与抗炎、生物膜抑制、环境修复、金属污染治理及日化产品中的应用研究进展。随着工业化生产推进,鼠李糖脂在日化、农业、医药、环保等领域展现出广阔前景。未来应聚焦工艺优化与复配策略,提升产率与经济性,推动其成为新一代可持续绿色解决方案的核心原料。
