微观层面浅析表面活性剂与绿色螯合剂的协同作用
清洗剂常常利用组成其配方的表面活性剂和螯合剂等成分有效合作实现对清洁任务的完成。过往的研究鲜少对这两种清洁成分间可能存在的微观相互作用进行较深入的探索,行业从业者或配方设计师一般仅基于该两类原料的基本功能进行选择和组合来形成配方框架,对于二者之间的相互作用,人们也多从盐析/盐溶的理解角度和调节方法去管理配方稳定性或粘稠度等方面带来的影响,并不太涉及到对二者是否有潜在协同作用进而影响配方功能或性能变化等方面。文章试图在螯合剂和表面活性剂微观层面的相互作用方向做更进一步的探索,通过选取代表性的绿色螯合剂如谷氨酸二乙酸四钠(GLDA), 以及两性表活代表氨基酸类表活,借由核磁共振等表征手段,证实二者之间存在超越盐析之外的深层次微观作用,同时为如何更好利用这种微观作用设计和改善清洗剂性能做了初步尝试,指明了方向。
