PET酶在洗涤剂中的应用研究
聚酯纤维在日常洗涤中常出现去污不足、毛球和泛灰等问题,亟需开发针对性的酶制剂。为此,研究系统评价了PET酶(PET-L 001)在不同pH、温度条件下的酶学性质,以及其在洗涤剂配方中的稳定性与应用效果。结果表明,PET酶在pH 8.0~11.0 和30~60 ℃范围内保持较高活性,具备与家用洗涤环境相匹配的特性;在50 ℃连续贮存28天后酶活力仍保留95%,在多款市售洗衣液中37 ℃贮存28天后活性保持在88%~100%。进一步测试显示,添加PET酶的洗衣液在去除聚酯污渍和抑制污渍再沉积方面均表现出显著优势。研究结果表明,PET酶在提升洗涤剂对聚酯织物的清洁方面具有应用潜力,为新一代功能性洗涤酶的开发提供了实验依据。
