α- 凝胶乳霜的制备、表征及功效评价研究
α-凝胶通常由长链脂肪醇和表面活性剂组成，其双分子层可贮留大量的水，可认为是保湿产品的理想构型。文章选择山嵛醇、C20-22醇磷酸酯（和）C20-22醇和聚甘油-10-五硬脂酸酯等制备α-凝胶乳霜，并对其进行结构表征和功效评价。结果表明，该乳霜在广角X射线衍射下呈现出单一的α-凝胶特征峰，同时，32名乳酸刺痛阳性者连续使用乳霜4 周后，MMV值显著提高（P＜ 0.001），TEWL值明显降低（P＜ 0.001），证实了α-凝胶乳霜具有化妆品保湿和修护功效。
