羟基磺基甜菜碱表面活性剂与DNA相互作用研究

Abstract

采用电导率、紫外光谱、粒度分析、Zeta电位以及荧光光谱等方法研究两种羟基磺基甜菜碱两性表面活性剂(HSB-12、HSB-14)与DNA的相互作用。结果表明:HSB-12/DNA体系和HSB-14/DNA体系的等电点范围为6~9;随着NaBr浓度增加,表面活性剂/DNA体系的透过率增加,粒径减小,微极性减小;与pH=8相比,pH=5时表面活性剂/DNA体系的透过率更高,粒径更小。
