覆盆子酮和多元醇协同抗菌机理研究

Abstract

覆盆子酮因其自然来源、多领域应用以及卓越的抗菌特性,成为化妆品合成防腐剂的理想天然替代品。微生物的繁殖主要集中在水相及水油界面,提升防腐剂在水中的相对含量可显著加强其防腐功效。文章通过探讨多元醇和油脂对覆盆子酮在水相中相对含量的影响,结合覆盆子酮和多元醇抑菌效能评估的结果,深度剖析覆盆子酮与多元醇的协同防腐效果及其机理。研究结果表明,覆盆子酮和多元醇的复配体系防腐效能增强与多元醇促进覆盆子酮向水中迁移能力相关联,尤其是在添加己二醇或角鲨烷这类非极性油的配方体系中,覆盆子酮可以发挥出更强的抑菌效力。
