Abstract
本文简要分析了基于BIM技术的装配式建筑全生命周期管理模式。随着绿色建筑和可持续发展的推动，BIM技术在装配式建筑设计、生产、施工与运维各阶段的集成应用日益突出。实践表明，BIM技术能够提升管理效率、降低资源消耗，并助力建筑行业实现智能化转型。
