通甬高铁如东延伸段速度目标值研究

Abstract

以通甬高铁如东延伸段项目特征为基本出发点，结合相邻路网、技术政策要求、客流特征、综合交通运输体系、车站分布等因素选定了160公里/小时和200公里/小时两种速度目标值方案进行必选，得出200公里/小时方案较公里/小时方案投资增加1.8亿元，节省时分2.9分钟，投资节时比为0.6亿元/分钟，有利于充分发挥快速客运网整体效益，推荐采用200公里/小时作为通甬高铁如东延伸段速度目标值。
